Barcelona obliges developers to sell 30% of new buildings for social apartments

Ada Colau, Mayor of Barcelona, has approved this week the Modification of the Metropolitan General Plan to impose on the promoters that 30% of their housing developments of more than 600 m2 that are new construction or reform of social housing is Official Housing Protection ( VPO).
