Madrid Province rising with Property Prices  at 2 540 € / sqm

According to the latest price study of the leading Spanish property portal Idealista on prices for November 2017, the Madrid region has risen faster at + 1.5% than the rest of Spain where the average monthly increase was 1.2%. Two other provinces are still more expensive for housing: Guipúzcoa (2750 € / sqm) and Vizcaya (2,599 € / sqm), Catalunya (2,050 € / sqm).

At the level of the big cities Barcelona capital (4 321 € / sqm) the city is the most expensive in Spain in front of San Sebastian (4 025 € / sqm) and Madrid capital (3 268 € / sqm), but prices in Barcelona They fell 0.3% in November when those of Madrid rose by 1.7% given at political problems.
